Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12! Couldn t have been a simpler experience, would highly recommend!

Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

The service was absolutely incredible! I called at around 1pm and we had a new aerial by 4.30 pm on the same day! We had a lovely engineer called Peter who was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend.

Engineer arrived on time explained what was required and then fitted the ariel and tested. very polite and informative,

Identified the problem and advised on the best way to remedy the problem. Also helped to move and replace heavy furniture.

The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
